Living Entirely For God And His Purposes In Others

April 23, 2014

“The Christian who sees life through God’s eyes will first come face-to-face with the tragic reality that defeats every self-centered ambition before the liberating realities of heaven become visible, realities that will excite us with the prospect of a new way to live.”

Question for Reflection:
“To be formed like Jesus means to become radically other-centered, no longer looking out for ourselves but living entirely for God and His purposes in others” (Fully Alive, p. 204). How would aspiring to living like that make your life different? Be specific with illustrations from your relationships.

The Gender Question, An 11-week DVD Series
